Como resultado, se confirm\u00f3 que estos datos se corresponden entre s\u00ed: a menor n\u00famero de neuronas inhibidoras en el hipot\u00e1lamo, peor calidad del sue\u00f1o. Los participantes con mayor n\u00famero de estas neuronas (m\u00e1s de 6000) pasaron m\u00e1s de la mitad de la noche inm\u00f3viles, lo que indica un sue\u00f1o profundo.
