Es necesario: descanso completo, 2 horas diarias al aire libre, actividad f\u00edsica, incluir alimentos ricos en vitaminas y minerales en la dieta, y dormir al menos 10 horas. Y solo esta verdura me ayuda; la como todas las ma\u00f1anas y me siento de maravilla. Me refiero al aguacate. Como una peque\u00f1a cantidad de aguacate crudo todos los d\u00edas en el desayuno y los resultados son positivos. Sin embargo, se recomienda no automedicarse y consultar a un m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>Los aguacates son ricos en potasio, un mineral importante que neutraliza los efectos del sodio en el organismo.
