Se estableci\u00f3 que los ingresos deducibles de familiares no est\u00e1n sujetos a declaraci\u00f3n y que el gobierno puede establecer tipos o umbrales para otros ingresos no sujetos a declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El problema resid\u00eda en que la decisi\u00f3n gubernamental no establec\u00eda dichos umbrales, lo que generaba incertidumbre entre los ciudadanos, que desconoc\u00edan qu\u00e9 ingresos deb\u00edan declarar y cu\u00e1les no. El borrador de la nueva decisi\u00f3n subsana este vac\u00edo legal al establecer umbrales y tipos claros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funcionar\u00e1 el nuevo sistema?<\/p>\n<p>La nueva normativa exime a los ciudadanos de declarar una serie de ingresos, siempre que no superen los umbrales establecidos. Es importante destacar que los ciudadanos pueden declarar voluntariamente estos ingresos, independientemente de que no se supere el umbral; sin embargo, si se supera este umbral, la totalidad del importe est\u00e1 sujeta a declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 problemas resuelve la nueva normativa?
