Dr. Mehmet Oz, alongside his mother and sister Seval, has accused their sibling Nazlim of forging their late father Mustafa’s signature to siphon off millions from his accounts. Allegedly, the misappropriated funds were sent to various locations, including Holland, India, and the Cayman Islands. A Turkish handwriting specialist has verified the forgery, and authorities are currently investigating the matter.

In a separate legal battle, Nazlim has taken Dr. Oz to New York Supreme Court, alleging that he failed to pay her $15,000 per month for more than three years. She claims this amount represents her portion of rental income from their father’s properties. Dr. Oz has requested that the lawsuit be put on hold until the inheritance dispute is fully resolved.
